The Friends of the Library organization was established in 1994 as an independent organization wishing to seek and manage gifts to the library.  It’s goal is to build an endowment for the future.

The organization is overseen by a board of directors of local citizens and the Franklin County Library Board.  It is a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Idaho.

Friends of the Library offers a unique opportunity for people who wish to express their gratitude and encouragement to Franklin County, in a material way.

The Board of Directors invite you to “Make a Difference”…

Some of the ways to make a difference are:

  • Gifts of Cash
  • Gifts of Property
  • Gifts of books, art, or other non-print material
  • Gifts of stocks or bonds
  • Memorial gifts honoring friends or relatives
  • Gifts through corporations
  • Gifts of capital gain
  • Gifts of insurance policies or dividends
  • Benefits in wills
